Skills to Save Lives and empower more people to save lives
Allianz First Aid training's aim is to empower people and get them equipped with knowledge and skills knowing how to respond in emergency situations. We believe everyone should have the skills and knowledge needed to respond to a medical emergency with the goal of saving lives, reducing pain and injury until qualified medical help takes over.
Allianz first aid training delivers training and assessment on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd 90909 who has a wealth of industry experience, friendly, respectful, and passionate trainers who strive to deliver quality training and an exceptional experience for our students.
Industry-based training is key to providing students with the practical skills and experience that they need to succeed. We are highly organized, thorough, and inspired Early Childhood and First aid trainers experienced working in the Early Childhood sector, and also volunteer as event health responders for a well know organization. We would like to work closely with industry partners such as schools, childcare, kindergartens, and aged care facilities to ensure our courses are always aligned with the current and future needs of the sectors.
First Aid & CPR training has traditionally always been done in person because there are so many practical drills and demonstrations that students must show they know how to do before they can be granted a certificate as, First Aid & CPR are “real world” skills, not theoretical exercises. “Blended Training” is a smart solution because it combines the theory part of the training being done online, while the practical exercises and demonstrations are still done in person.
Having trainers who can through their sheer ability to communicate can command and control a class, in a respectful, interesting, and entertaining manner, and not forgetting humour. While the subject matter of first aid training is often serious, that does not mean it has to be delivered in a serious way. Jokes, anecdotes, amusing stories about real life case histories are often a far more compelling way to deliver data in a way that will be remembered.
